Warranty

Warranties

Even though we produce/procure only small lots of exclusive eyewear and our prices are very low, we will do everything in our power to cover you against manufacturer’s defects for a full year.  That said, we realize that some of the “big guys” who, we might point out, are overcharging you by upwards of double, will replace eyewear for you under warranty, that really dose not have a manufacturer’s defect.  Because our company’s focus is providing independent eye care offices with QUALITY/STYLE and BEST PRICE we must remain focused on spending money on the product and not inflating prices to cover the costs of patient mis-treatment of their eyewear.  Be assured, the cost of these “free” warranted frames is being passed onto you by those manufacturers who don’t manage their warranty programs.

The following are illustrations where we cannot offer free replacement of frames.  We are sorry we must put this limitation in place, but in order to continue offering you the level of product we do at the prices we do, we simply do not have the margin to provide free frames to cover patient mistreatment. To request a manufacturer defect under warranty, simply email a copy of the defect, the date the patient purchases, and the model and color to sales@cascadiaeyewear.com and we will send out a replacement* as soon as possible.

*Due to the exclusivity of some models, rarely,  we may not be able to replace the exact frame.  Should this occur, we will work with you to provide a replacement which will please both you and your patient.

Mangled Frame Due to Hot Weather

Obviously mangled by the wearer and not a result of a manufacturer defect.

Broken Frame

Yeah, no. Not a manufacturer defect. I think a car/bike got this.

Broken Frame

Closed Captioning
Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio tracks. Captions are generally visually displayed over the video, which benefits people who are deaf and hard of hearing, and anyone who cannot hear the audio due to noisy environments. Most of our website’s video content includes automated captions. Learn how to turn captioning on and off in YouTube.

Volume Controls
Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume control features. Each video and audio service has its own additional volume controls. Try adjusting both your device’s volume controls and your media players’ volume controls to optimize your listening experience.
